Storyline:
A tale of ‘opposites attract’, the story is set on the backdrop of US and here live two individuals. One is Akash (ranbir) who is based in New York and he sinks in his business. Then, there is Kiara (priyanka) who hails from San Francisco but she has failed in her love affair. As fate has it, both Akash and Kiara decide to commit suicide and end up at the same bridge at the same time. However, with 20 days left for the New Year and both sparking a conversation, they decide to make the most of it and end their lives on December 31st. what happens from there forms the rest of the story.
